How We Deliver To You

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. Our Merchant whom you have made purchases from will subsequently contact you by text message or email to confirm the delivery timing.

Delivery Time Frame

As each delivery time frame differs from each merchant, the information is displayed on the product page. Alternatively, you may also wish to contact the Merchant directly.

Delivery Charges

The charges varies from each respective Merchant and the information is displayed on the product page. It will also be reflected during the check out.

Non-Receive of Items

Kindly contact Halal Foodie SG customer service team and email your purchase details to cs@halalfoodie.sg if you do not receive your order within the stipulated date/time as informed by the Merchant..

We will contact you within 3 working days.

How do Self Pickup Works

Upon the successful purchase, kindly contact the Merchant to schedule the self pickup time of your choice. Kindly contact Halal Foodie SG customer service team if you are not able to reach the Merchant.
